Biography

Lucy is a Certified Team Coach (CTC) with Scrum Alliance. She is a passionate Agilist whose mission is to help individuals, teams, and organizations become more successful by focusing on continuous improvement and adaptability.

With almost 3 decades in Information Technology, Lucy has worked in various industries at different capacities, and leverages her experience while coaching clients.

Lucy has held every role in Scrum Teams which makes her well-equipped to coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Scrum Teams. She conducts Agile and Scrum training coaches various Scrum teams and individuals and also mentors Scrum Masters with whom she has worked in the past.
